How far is it from the airport to the center?
It is about 16km (10miles) and average journey time is 25-40 minutes
How do I find my transport when I arrive at Prague Airport?
When you have collected you baggage you will come thought into the arrivals lounge please look to your left as our drivers will be waiting for you with you name written on a sign in this area.
What if I can not find the driver?
We recommend you switch on your mobile to see if you have received a text message because if our driver is delayed due to traffic he will send a text message. You can also send a text message (sms) or call the driver (a number for the driver will be sent to you with your confirmation and is available 24 hours) or call our office on +420 224 239 507 Monday - Friday during offices hours (09:00 - 17:00) Prague time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our drivers will normally arrive at the airport about 25 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land (you will have provided us with this information when you made your reservation) and will wait until you come thought into the arrivals lounge if they see your flight has been delayed the driver will wait for you providing his schedule permits, this will normally be a maximum of 60 minutes from the time you were scheduled to land. After this time period the driver will have to leave the airport. If your flight is delayed we strongly recommend you switch on you mobile after landing to find out the status of you transport. Unfortunately if you flight is delayed for more than one hour we can not guarantee the provision of transport.
Why do your drives arrive 25 minutes after the flight has landed?
Normally, this is the minimum time it takes for passengers to clear passport control and claim their baggage.
What happens if I am held up in passport control or baggage is delayed?
Our drivers will typically wait a maximum of 60 minutes from the time you where scheduled to land, we therefore strongly recommend you text or call the driver (a number will be given to you with your confirmation) to let him know if your baggage has been delayed or you are held up in passport control.
Once you have entered the arrival lounge please identify yourself to the driver immediately, if you need to change money or have a cigarette the drive will wait for you after he has met you.
What happens if I arrive early?
Our drives will normally arrive at the airport about 25 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land (you will have provided us with this information in advance) and therefore you will have to wait in the arrivals lounge until he arrives. It would be helpful if you could send a text message to the driver informing him you have arrived early (a number will be sent to you with your confirmation).
How can I get back to the airport from my hotel?

taxi's or car hire and travel companies Your can book return transport while booking your hotel you can also ask the driver
when you arrive and he will advise you on the price and pickup arrangements.
I am travelling with children, do you provide child seats
Our cars do not carry child seats on a regular basis but if you inform us in advance we can make the necessary arrangements to provide you with the child seating at no extra cost. Please note that you must inform us if children will be traveling with you because of the new traffic laws.
