Thank you for your email. I would be delighted to provide feedback on the services provided by Prague Discount Hotels and in particular the Hotel Barley. I found your service to be very good indeed, from the pick up service from the airport to the actual hotel. I found the hotel location to be very good and the hotel itself to be clean and well maintained. The only disappointing aspect was the lack of breakfast facilities although we were aware that the hotel had no such facilities, there was also very little to offer in the surrounding area, other than McDonalds.
Overall, I would certainly book with Prague Discount Hotels in future and would definitely consider the Hotel Barley for accommodation

We did enjoy our stay in the Hotel very much. The Breakfast was also good. Hwr.the tea making facility in the room hould have extra sugar and creamers.
2.
The Plane was delayed by 45 mins.and there was no transport to the Hotel! We feel that you should check the arrival time before sending the transport.

This was our second trip to Prague and it was as wonderful as the first. We stayed at the Biskupsky Dum Hotel this time which we thought was a friendly and inviting hotel with very pleasant and courteous staff. I have already recommended this hotel to two of my friends. We found the rooms to be beautifully and tastefully decorated and most of all warm which was a must with the very cold winter temperatures outside. The service we received on both of our visits from Prague Discount Hotels was second to none. Both times the driver was waiting for us on our arrival at Prague Airport and it was nice to receive a telephone call to confirm our pick-up time for our return journey to the airport which we found very reassuring. Thank you again for making our short break to Prague so wonderful and we look forward to booking with you again in the future.

Friendly welcome at reception;very efficient and helpful throughout our stay.
Room was clean,spacious and reasonably furnished.A trouser press would have been useful.
Breakfasts were excellent and again your staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel was in a good,reasonably quiet location and offered very good value for money.We would stay there again and reccommend you to friends.

Hotel was overall very good and value for money. We found the staff very helpful and would stay there again. My only critism was that the bathroom had a shower yet, no shower curtain, this made it impossible to shower without the floor becoming flooded.

I would like to say thank you for the excellent service provided by your company. The booking was very easy and was followed up with good communication. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was also first class. The hotel was clean and comfortable and ideally situated for our visit.

My friend and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sieber, although i feel maybe more staff are needed at night time we came in from being on an evening out and asked if we could have a drink from the bar. The receptionist said she could not leave her desk!!
But other than that it was great.
We will be booking again in the very near future for our return visit in December.

This was our second visit to the Ibis Hotel in the Old Town Prague.
The hotel is very clean and warm, and the staff are pleasant and most helpful, and the breakfast restaurant and food is very good. The rooms are spotlessly clean too.
We are looking forward to coming to Prague again and staying in the same hotel, as it is very convenient for all the beautiful sites.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at Hotel U Klenotnika and wrote an unfavorable review of the hotel on the www.tripadvisor.com website shortly after returning home. It is titled "Single room nightmare." The room was tiny and shabby and the hotel made no gesture to compensate for the early morning construction noise below my window. The experience taught me a lesson about a pre-paid hotel stay.
I was very pleased with the driver, Premysl Voska, who picked me up from the airport, and I made arrangements for him to drive me to the airport for my return flight home. He was very knowledgeable about Prague and a good conversationalist.

We thought the Red Chair is a great place. Below is ta copy of the review we sent to tripadvisor.com It is listed on their site under Europe - Prague - hotels
We were really pleased. Excellent , simple pension in historic building - immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, wonderfully warm in a snowy November week. Very friendly helpful staff, bang in middle of Old Town. Very good service collecting/returning to airport. They told us there was ten per cent discount if you book directly with them and not through an agent. Probably not a good location if you are trying to park a car - but what idiot would bring a car to this crowded old city anyway?

All of our party were pleased with the Hotel, it's in a good location, very clean, good value for money. The only thing which maybe could be improved upon is a little more choice for breakfast. Other than that it was good, and we would stay again if we came to Prague.

We had a wonderful time in Prague. The hotel was clean and warm although we had a problem with the hot water on the first morning. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly on the first evening but not so much for the rest of our stay! The proximity of the hotel Corte was fanatastic but would have preferred not to have to go into a separate restaurant for meals. Although the free taxi service from the airport to the hotel was superb, there was a problem regarding our payment for the return taxi fare (which I am sure you are aware of), which slightly took the edge off the holiday.

Hi
We had a lovely time in Prague and hope to visit again in December when the Christmas markets are on.
The Hotel Rott was very nice but we felt it was a bit to modern for the city. When we visit again we will stay in an older property.
Only other problem we had was that you were going to supply a car to pick us up. However when we arrived there was no car so we had to take a taxi. You did make up for this by sending a car to take us back to the airport on our return.
