Hi,
We had a lovely time in Prague, its one of the best European cities we have visited for beautiful buildings and history. We really liked our hotel room, very classic and comfortable and opposite the Astronomical Clock.
However, it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and perhaps more choice in TV channels...BBC One for example.
The food in the restaurant was very disappointing, the breakfasts were almost inedible with undercooked eggs and cold tea. The restaurant should also be non-smoking.
We certainly will return to Prague but will stay at a different hotel where the food is better.

We had a good stay at the Tulip Hotel, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.
We were particularly pleased with the taxi that you booked to meet us at the airport. The driver was probably one of the best we have had - he spoke perfect English, he was very knowledgeable about Prague and the history of the Czech Republic, and he was polite and easy to talk to.
We will be returning again this year, and I will contact you again to make arrangements for us.
Yours sincerely

Hi Katerina,
Thanks for your email. I'm more than happy to recommend Hotel Corto as a good place to stay in Prague. The staff were friendly and polite at all times. There was a problem with their wifi and they tried to sort it out, offering us alternative solutions (local internet cafes)in the meantime until the problem was resolved. The rooms were clean and comfortable - our only complaint would be that the curtains were very thin and so we were woken up every morning by bright sunshine (we had a front facing room) - my sister and her husband had a rear room and so didn't have this problem. The restaurant was good, the location fantastic, and I think overall this hotel provides good value for money. I would stay there again.
I would also say thatPrague Discount Hotels provided us with a great service - no hassles at all - and I would use you again if I came back to Prague (and I hope I do!!!)
Yours sincerely,

Hi Katerina
Thank you for your email. I just wanted to reply and say we had a wonderful time in Prague and will definitely return. I would like to say that the hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during our stay and we would recommend the hotels to others looking to travel to Prague.
Its location makes it ideal and the links with the restaurant also ensure a delicious breakfast and fantastic evening meals if we wished.
Our only points of concern were that initially the hotel was difficult to find as it was tucked away behind the market and maybe a street map may be beneficial for future guests.
The other concern was the noise level over night outside the hotel. We were given a room facing out on to the street and due to the weather and lack of air conditioning in the room we were sleeping with the windows open. Unfortunately the restaurant downstairs when closing was very noisy as it dragged metal chairs repeatedly over the pavement and banged iron gates when locking up.
There was also an issue surrounding the waste disposal lorry being very noisy when collecting the rubbish in the early morning. Although i am aware you may not be able to change the practices of the restaurant or waste collection i feel it is important to make guests aware of the noise especially if there are children staying in the room. Another thought may be to install air conditioning to allow the windows to remain closed and therefore dull a lot of the noise.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. If you wish to discuss these concerns further please feel free to contact me.
Thanks
Laura Webster

Have stayed at this hotel on my last few trips to Prague, because it is so conveniently located, and reasonably priced. Situated in a quiet location by the canal, the Charles Bridge and the river are only about 2 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and clean and although the buffet breakfast is not spectacular, it is more than adequate.

Transfer arrangements were excellent and drivers were both very courteous and informative.
Hotel was of a high standard and ideally situated for main areas of interest. Breakfast was also of a high standard as were the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities provided. One small area of concern was the distance from reception to the rooms which involved a number of flights of stairs (no lifts available) and a lengthy walk accross landings which would have posed a problem for older or physically challenged guests.
City Sights were interesting and all easily accessible with good public transport links. Prague is definitely a city I would recomend as a sight seeing destination.
Hope the above comments are helpful.

Hi
The taxi service to/from airport was great.
The hotel was basic but OK, except our twin room is on the front of the
building on a very busy road (all night). The fitted windows could not
cope with the traffic noise. This needs improving.
Otherwise we had a great weekend.

I am pleased to say we had a wonderful break in Prague.
The hotel was very clean and very central for everything. Breakfast served was very good and the staff most helpful.
The room was quite small but as we were out sightseeing all the time that was not a problem to us.
Infact we had no complaints at all.
The pick up from the airport saved so much time as did pre booking the return taxi.
We would recommend the hotel and your service to friends.

Hi,
Whilst the hotel was probably good value, the 2 main problems were that it was a bit of a long walk to the old town (which you can't do anything about), and the fact that the room (being at the front) was noisy. We could manage without opening the window, but on warm evenings the the traffic noise would be a major problem if the window had to be opened.
The reception area was a bit smokey due to staff smoking in the area.
The hotel was Ok in other respects.

I am very happy to tell you of my experiences of staying at the Maria Prag. The hotel was excellent and the staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel's situation was very good being so close to the tourist amenities. The room was very well designed and comfortable with the hotel in general being of a very high standard of cleanliness and if I am ever in Prague again I would have no hesitation staying at this hotel again.
Hope this is helpful.

Good Afternoon.
I thought the hotel was clean smart and Comfortable. It was a little outside of the main tourist areas and not as convenient as I was led to believe.
The staff could learn lessons in "customer service". Also they were most keen for all items to be paid in cash which I found tedious.
I would not use this hotel again. But would visit Prague again.

The service i recieved with your company was first class, from the pick up at the airport to leaving the hotel, the hotel was again first class, the only was when we were leaving,we had pre-booked a taxi at a cost of 18 euros with your company, the taxi was unable to come at the required time,so we had to pay for one ourselves, other than that all was first class.i would have no worries about booking with you again.

Dear Katerina,
Thank you for taking the time to contact me.
We had a wonderful time in Prague and I have to say it would be extremely difficult to improve on your service in my opinion.
We were a party of 6 ( 3 couples ) and we all thought the Green Lobster Hotel was fantastic. We had very different rooms but we each thought we had the best one.
Our collection from the airport was prompt and courteous even though our flight was one hour late. When I contacted the number to inform them I was called back twice with updated information. Our pre-booked return journey to the airport was also prompt.
We were delighted by our first visit to Prague and would definitely use your services if we return, which is very likely.
We would also have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else considering visiting your beautiful city. Please keep up the great service.
Dekuji vam
Yours Sincerely

The Brixen hotel was clean, comfortable and fairly central and what was generally what we expected. We had three rooms booked with twin beds in each; unfortunately however one of the rooms was only available with a double bed. The double bed fortunately had to separate mattresses and individual quilts and was wide enough to allow myself and my male friend to sleep without getting to personal……..if you get my meaning. Obviously we were not totally happy with this arrangement but managed to cope for our three night stay.
One of the reasons for using your website was that it was easy for me to specify twin rooms, so we were somewhat disappointed by being given a double! The only advantage was that this room was located at the back of the hotel which we found out was a lot quieter then the front and, because there was no air conditioning in the room. This allowed us to sleep with the windows wide open, which was not really an option for our friends who were located at the front of the hotel as the noise from the traffic below made it difficult for then to get to sleep with the windows open, the noise from the traffic being bad even in the middle of the night.
I hope you find this reasonable feedback.

Phil Davies

I found the hotel of good quality and standard. In particular, the Receptionists were extremely helpful, kind, efficient, polite and I would like you to pass on my thoughts to them.

Other than this, I will be happy to recommend your hotel.

Thank you for your e-mail.
My husband and I had lovely time in Prague, it is a lovely place.
The Hotel was very nice, our room was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast. I t was also very nice to have a mini bar in the room.
There is just one suggestion that I would like to make. I booked the travel to and from the airport and thought that I had paid for the return journey. However when the driver dropped us off we had to pay 500 crowns. The prices was fine but I thought that I had aleady paid. The driver then called his office to check. I am not complaining about the price, I just think that it would be a good idea to let people know that they have to pay at the end of their stay so that they have enough currency left. Luckily I had enough to pay him.
I would also like to say that the driver of the car was very friendly and gave us some good advice. He drove us very carefully and the car was lovely and clean.
So all in all we had a great time and I would recommend you to anyone I know who decides to visit your lovely city.

Hello
Thank you for your email. We did enjoy our stay very much, we appreciate
the fact that our room was situated in a quite location, otherwise we would
not have been as fortunate. Our room was nice and large and comfortable,
maybe it could have been a little cleaner, more coat hangers would have been
appreciated. The curtains do need to cover the whole of the window to keep
out the light. We did one night go to the bar but there was no drinks
available to us that we requested, that needs to be addressed and it does
make the reception area a little cramped.
The breakfast area and the breakfast was excellent. Hope this is
satisfactory.

Thank you for your email.
I should like to complement your company on providing my wife and I with such comfortable accommodation at Red Chair during our stay in Prague.
We found our room quiet, simply furnished but very comfortable, the staff very friendly, curteous and helpful and the inclusive breakfast just what we had hoped for.
Altogether we enjoyed our stay, and being so central for all attractions would certainly choose your hotel for our next visit.
Our only suggested improvement would be a tea/coffee making facility in the room.
Once again many thanks,

Both myself and all my friends who stayed at the Hotel Brixen thought it was very good value for money.
Basic but very clean and very conveniently situated to the town. Everything we needed was available and the breakfast was varied as well.
I thought the free taxi from the hotel was a brilliant idea, with the option for the return, which I would recommend.
The fact that there is a metro around the corner is a bonus.
One thing that might make a difference is a small kettle with Tea and Coffee available in the room.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were met at the airport by Martin. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice for our stay in Prague. It was very useful being met by someone who spoke such good English and was able to give us tips not only on places of interest that we should see but also on personal safety.
The housekeeping staff should be complimented. Our room was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the chambermaid managed to thoroughly service our room each day whilst we were at breakfast with us never even seeing them.
The only down side to our hotel stay was that the air conditioning in our room did not work at all during our whole stay. As the weather was so hot this did make the conditions in our room quite unpleasant. On the first day of reporting the fault we were told that the engineer had been called out and the air con should be mended the next day. The following day we were told that as we were the only people whose air con wasn't working, they wouldn't call out an engineer just for us. They really weren't interested - we weren't even offered the option of moving to another room. The reception staff really could not have been any more unhelpful if they had tried.
Other than this issue our stay at the Hotel was pleasant

Hi there
Thank you very much for all your help with booking our hotel in Prague. The Hotel was excellent, especially the breakfasts, the staff were very helpful and the taxi service to and from the hotel worked out perfectly. Hotel Brixen is in a very good position for access to everything on the Old town square side of Prague and it is easy to get trams round to the castle and the other side of the river as well. We had a very good time.
The only downfall was that one of our party had her purse stolen on the metro, we can't emphasise enough how careful people should be with their belongings as these pickpockets are so very clever!
Many thanks again, please pass on our thanks to the Hotel as well.

Dear Nina,
My sisters and I really enjoyed our visit to Prague. The Brixen Hotel was very nice and in an excellent location to get access to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and the accommodation was of a high standard. The breakfasts were adequate and our only concern was that we would like a room to the rear if we were to return, as the noise from the traffic at the front was extremely loud during the night when we had to open the windows due to the warm weather we were lucky to have. I am sure I will return to Prague and I would certainly be pleased to stay at The Brixen Hotel. I was also impressed by your company arranging a free taxi from the airport as well as booking our taxi for the return journey. This made our journey so easy. Booking the whole holiday on line was so easy and I will definitely do it again.

As requested, we're pleased to send you our feedback on our Prague holiday.
The service of PragueDiscountHotels was very professional - prompt replies and action, and also we were very happy with the alternative hotel you proposed, ie. Vodickova Apt, as our first choice of Ibis Old Town was not available.
The apartment-hotel was very well-located, next to metro and tram stop, and also within easy walk to the old town square, to shops & restaurants. The suite we had was excellent, because the loft bedroom and the bedroom-cum-living room, was perfect for our family - ie. 2 adults and 2 children. It was clean, well maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we could have asked for, was an additional electric fan, as it was a warm week that week, and there was only one small table fan. Since this suite is on the top floor, there were only small windows and there was not much breeze.
The airport pick-up and transfer both ways was very reliable and smooth.
All in all, we had a great and smooth holiday in Prague and we won't hesitate to recommend your services to our friends.
Best regards,
Paulyn

Dear Nina - We had a terrific break, thank you very much. Prague is a beautiful place - and I only hope the English lager-louts do not spoil it!
The service we enjoyed from Prague discount hotels was excellent. The hotel itself was good value with a good buffet breakfast included in the price; a good choice for business travelers, I would say, as it was so close to the station and Wencelaus Square. It was a little further from the Old Town than I had thought from looking at the maps, but easily within a comfortable 15 min walk.
There is nothing else I can suggest, really. Keep up the good work and I hope to visit you again at some point.
