The following terms and condition apply to the provision of Transport.

Complementary (Free) Transport

Complementary transport from Prague Airport to any hotel in Prague is provided free of charge to reservation of:

A Single Person (Single Room) with a reservation for minimum 3 nights.

Two People or more with a reservation for minimum 2 nights.

Complementary transport is only provided per reservation and on arrival. If you are a group and have made a single reservation but are arriving on separate flights only one Complementary transport is provided for one of the groups. Additional transport can be arrange and is subject to a fee. The price for additional transport is sent to you with you confirmation if it is deemed necessary.

Complementary transport Time Limit

If you flight is delayed for more that 60 minutes then PragueDiscountHotels.com can no longer guarantee the provision of Complementary transport, we recommend if you see your flight is delayed to call or text our office (telephone numbers will have been sent to you with your confirmation) to see if any transport complementary or otherwise is possible.

PragueDiscountHotels.com is not obliged to guarantee the provision of complementary transport if your flight is delayed for more that 60 minutes, in such cases only the return transport will be provided (if booked in advance for the pre arranged fee) and no refund will be given for the not providing transport after the 60 minute period.

Driver Waiting Policy

PragueDiscountHotels.com is not responsible if you fail to identify yourself, either in person or via text message to the driver within 60 minutes of arriving in Prague airport and as a result transport is not provided.

Drivers will only wait in the arrivals lounge for up to 60 minutes after you flight has landed. during the last 15 minutes the driver will attempt to contact you on you mobile phone (you will have provide us with this number when making your reservation), if you do not answer or fail to contact us before the 60 minutes is over. Then we can only deduct you are not on the flight and the driver will leave the arrivals lounge and not return. If you are held up in passport control or your baggage is delayed we strongly recommend you contact us, if you do then the driver will wait for you.

Return Transfer

We DO NOT provide Complementary or FREE return transfer to Prague Airport.

Return transfer can be made when you make your hotel reservation online and in nearly all cases is NOT CHARGE to your credit card therefore payment for this transfer has to be made in CASH to the DRIVER upon you arrival at the airport on return.

The Price of your return transfer will be indicated in your reservation.

If you have paid for return transfer in advance you must have a copy of your confirmation as proof that you have done so, otherwise you will have to pay the driver.

You can also book return transfer with the driver when you are dropped off at the hotel, you will be asked for your return date and your preferred pickup time, this will be confirmed by the driver and the information will be passed on to our office there is normally no need to confirm this with us gain but you can do so if you wish.

You can also book return transfer via telephone while you are the hotel in Prague, providing you call us 24hours in advance.

Please Note: booking the return transfer either when booking your hotel online or with the driver upon your arrival or via telephone when you are in Prague is classed and binding agreement, failure to cancel in advance or your failure to be at the hotel for collection at your chosen time will result in you being charged a penalty of up to 350 Czech Crowns (9GBP,12 euros).

Return Transfer Cancellation

You can cancel your return transfer up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time, providing your pickup time is during 09:00 - 20:00 any day of the week, if your pickup time is schedule outside these hours then we must be notified of the cancellation minimum 12 hours in advance by telephone.

Please Note: Failure to cancel in advance or your failure to be at the hotel for collection at your chosen time will result in you being charged a penalty of up to 350 Czech Crowns (9GBP,12 euros).

DO NOT GET IN THE WRONG VEHICLE

Recently in Prague some hotels have adopted the dubious policy of conning customers into getting in to the wrong transport car, this is often carried out by the hotel porter or receptionist that will state "Your transfer has arrived and is waiting for you", please note, that we have no transfer agreement with any hotel and in all cases our drivers will come into the hotel lobby to collect you in person, to make sure you have the correct transport ALWAYS ASK THE PRICE BEFORE YOU GET IN THE CAR, if it is our driver and our vehicle , then this will always be the amount you have been quoted in your confirmation and no more.

PLEASE NOTE: PragueDiscountHotels.com is not responsible if you are conned by the hotel into getting into the wrong transport vehicle . Your failure to be at the hotel for collection at your chosen time will result in you being charged a penalty of 350 Czech Crowns (9GBP,12 euros).

Intoxication and Disorderly Behavior

PragueDiscountHotes.com transport drivers have the right to refuse transport at any time to any or all passengers if they are deemed to be excessively under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a disorderly manor that could endanger the transfer of passengers and the driver on the public roads.

Refund Policy

If praguediscounthotels.com fails to provide transport from Prague Airport to your hotel and your have arrived onetime within the above mentioned criteria then praguediscounthotels.com will provide complementary transport back to the airport.

If praguediscounthotels.com fails to provide transport from your hotel to Prague Airport within 30 minutes of the pre arranged time we will provide a 100% transfer refund (the price quoted in your confirmation for the transfer) to your credit card.

By the term "fail" we mean the driver did not arrive at the airport or your hotel. In order to confirm that this has happened you must have telephoned the office (on the provided number that was sent to you in your confirmation e-mail and is available 24 hours a day) and spoken with praguediscounthotels.com and notified a member of staff that you are at the airport or the hotel and there is no driver to collect you.
